Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli have a ‘relationship-ending’ lockdown fight as she insists on door knocking in Bondi to find a stolen PLANT

The ‘plantgate’ saga for Married At First Sight couple Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli has continued into its second day.

After they posted on Instagram about the missing plant on Monday, Michael updated fans on their search on Tuesday morning.

He explained Martha was convinced someone from their Bondi apartment block had stolen the plant, and she was planning on door-knocking every unit to find it.

But this plan led to a heated row overnight, and Michael begged his Instagram followers for any information on the missing plant.

‘If you see this plant anywhere in Bondi please contact us… at this point my relationship depends on finding this plant,’ he said.

He revealed Martha was so fired up over the stolen item she even asked him in the middle of the night if he’d taken it as part of a prank.

‘Last night in bed, Martha rolled over in bed and was like, “Did you take the plant?”‘ he said. ‘This would be absurd and relationship ending’.

He then recorded Martha going on a rant and explaining her plan to door-knock their neighbours.

‘I’m going to every f**king door in this building. You’re coming too by the way,’ she fumed.

Michael had initially laughed off Martha’s frustration on Monday evening, when they first discovered the plant was missing.

‘I’m having a s**t day, I thought I’d go for a walk and lift the spirits. I came home and went to get my plant I left outside… and it’s gone… in the communal garden, someone has taken it,’ she said.

‘It’s true, people are just. Eh. It’s not funny Michael, I have not kept anything alive in my whole life.’

In further videos, Michael revealed that Martha was writing angry notes to place on all her neighbours’ doors.

Martha and Michael first met on the controversial reality show, Married At First Sight, back in 2018 and remain one of the only handful of successful couples to still be dating after the show.

They recently moved in together in a unit in Sydney’s Bondi Beach.
