She’s worked hard all year, and now Lisa Wilkinson is putting her feet up and enjoying a well-deserved break.
In a post on Instagram on Wednesday, the 62-year-old Project panelist revealed she’d been spending her Christmas holidays catching up on some sleep.
‘Me. Totally nailing Christmas hols [holidays],’ she captioned the post, sharing a series of photos of herself napping.

One photo showed Lisa curled up sound asleep on a couch while dressed in a red floral-print dress.
She was seen resting against someone – presumably her husband of 29 years, Peter FitzSimons – who was tucked under a crocheted blanket.
A second photo showed Lisa enjoying a solo nap on a wicker lounge, while curled up on her side.

She was dressed in a black wetsuit and her hair appeared damp, after having seemingly gone for a swim.
Another photo showed Lisa asleep next to her beloved dog, Maggie, while a man sat upright in a chair behind her.
Her thick-frame glasses were still on her face, with the TV journalist having apparently dozed off before she could remove them.

In addition to being a regular panelist on The Project, Lisa had a busy year, having also released her autobiography, It Wasn’t Meant To Be Like This.
